I stumbled upon the power of cannabis when experiencing anxiety and depressive symptoms due to a sexual assault in college. Since then, I have been continually reminded of how helpful cannabis can be for mental health. I've worked as a Therapist for seven years and a Cannabis Health Coach for nearly two years. I've created my own business, Elevated Wellness, where I offer one-on-one coaching sessions and packages.
