Hebah Saddique

Bio

Hebah Saddique is a 15-year Project Management Professional (PMP) and the Founder of Green Takeover, an educational platform simplifying the complex worlds of climate action and hemp. Born in Minneapolis, and raised in Saudi Arabia, Hebah is a Saudi-American who grew up exposed to two very different environments, allowing her to form an inbred curiosity that shaped the foundation of her character. Hebah has spent 7,500+ hours leading diverse global teams to deliver impactful awareness campaigns. Since 2014, she’s leveraged this leadership expertise in Projects & Operations to increase global climate literacy and inspire action while using hemp as a catalyst for a greener economy. Inspired by hemp's superior performance capabilities, tremendous environmental benefits, and economic feasibility, Hebah broke new ground when creating the first-ever Carbon Literacy course to incorporate hemp, which is accredited by the award-winning Carbon Literacy Project in the UK. Hebah later made major strides in both hemp and Saudi culture by producing the first Abaya ever to be made from hemp. Truly a woman of the world, Hebah called Washington D.C. home for 20 years before moving back to Saudi Arabia in 2021 where her work continues to bring her to the epicenter of two critical global conversations: microplastic pollution and industrial hemp. Hebah is a Board Member of the Institute of Applied Technology in Hemp in Agriculture, a standing Advisory Board Member at The Black Experience in Cannabis, and an active member of the Hemp Industries Association and the National Hemp Association.
